Director, Public Relations and Communications

About the role

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s global narrative across public relations, executive communications, and external storytelling channels. You will define and execute an integrated communications strategy that elevates brand visibility, strengthens category leadership, and drives market demand.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles within B2B technology, preferably cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Proven success leading PR strategy, executive communications, and external messaging in high-growth organizations.
• Strong experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage PR agencies, budgets, and multi-region communications programs.
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging development, and executive presence coaching skills.
• Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong prioritization and execution focus.
• Experience working with analyst relations, media ecosystems, and industry influencers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with PR tools and platforms (e.g., media monitoring, social listening, and analytics tools) is a plus.
• Background in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or AI/ML domains strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
