Responsibilities
- Oversee 3 inpatient child units.
- Supervise and coordinate inpatient leadership.
- Liaise with other Departments like the CPEP, Medical Inpatient, and ED, and transfer to other facilities.
- Teach and supervise Psychiatry trainees and medical students.
- Monitor workload and work assignments and effect staff and program changes to ensure highest quality of patient care.
