Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement activities for streamlined workflows
- Collaborate on Medicare STARS ratings improvement initiatives
- Oversee provider satisfaction surveys and implement action plans
- Research and integrate best practices into operational processes
- Evaluate provider practices through KPIs in health equity dashboards
- Develop and manage cultural competency programs and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in quality management or healthcare operations
- Proven experience in engaging network providers and collaborating with health systems
- Familiarity with NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance
- Strong background in quality improvement and risk adjustment processes
