About the role
The Director, Provider Practice will oversee the management of physician practices, collaborating with the Physician Director and Fisher-Titus leadership. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical, safety, compliance, and reimbursement data, ensuring an integrated care delivery system, managing registration/scheduling staff, coordinating operational standards, conducting meetings, and implementing a quality improvement approach.
Responsibilities
- Maintains data related to clinical, safety, compliance, and reimbursement metrics.
- Works with Ambulatory leadership to integrate care delivery systems.
- Develops and adheres to realistic operation budgets, sets productivity targets, compiles department statistics, establishes and updates policies and procedures, evaluates and implements work processes to enhance customer service and efficiency.
- Coordinates consistent operational standards for all ambulatory clinics.
- Plans and conducts meetings with office management to facilitate practice efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Directly responsible for developing and implementing a quality improvement approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field or working toward degree.
- Relevant Experience: 3 - 5 years.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years relevant experience.

Working Conditions
- Stand/Walk – 6-8 hrs.

Standards of Employment
- Attends all mandatory education programs.
- Wears proper photo identification badge while on duty.
- Maintains confidentiality of all hospital and patient information.
- Attends monthly staff meetings and participates in monthly rounding process.
- Completes required department specific education and training programs.
- Follows safety and security policies including exposure control plans/blood borne and airborne pathogens.
