About the role
The Director, Project Management Office (PMO Director) oversees all project management activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure for major initiatives
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, Prince2, or PRINCE2
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
