We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to extract sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (What You'll Do), "Requirements" (Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications), "Benefits" (benefits paragraph), "Pay" (salary ranges), maybe "Schedule"? Not present. Also "Skills"? Not explicit. We'll include sections where content exists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Also remove "No agencies please." etc. Also remove "Capital One is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Capital One promotes a drug-free workplace." etc. Also remove "Capital One will consider for employment qualified applicants with a criminal history..." etc. Also remove "If you have visited our website..." etc. Also remove technical support lines. Also remove "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." etc. Also remove "Capital One Financial is made up..." etc. We need to preserve substantive info: mission statement, description, responsibilities list, qualifications, pay ranges, benefits statement, maybe note about performance incentive compensation. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have salary ranges per location. That's substantive. So include Pay section with maybe a

containing the ranges. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits and incentive compensation. So include Benefits section. Schedule: not present, so omit. Skills: not explicit separate; but we could include under Requirements or maybe a Skills section if we extract from preferred qualifications (communication, collaboration, problem solving, influencing). But better to keep under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. Let's parse the posting. Intro paragraphs: "At Capital One, we’re building a leading information-based technology company.... Together, we are on a quest to change banking for good." That's about company mission. Then "As a Director Project Management at Capital One, you will create strategy and lead a team through high priority projects for the company...." That's role description. Then "We are currently seeking a Director, Project Management to join our Enterprise Platforms & Software Design (EPS.xd) Operations team...." etc. That's more detail. We could combine into an "About the role" section with prose. Then "What You’ll Do:" list of responsibilities. That's Responsibilities. Then "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". That's Requirements. Then benefits paragraph: "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being. Learn more at the Capital One Careers website. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan." That's Benefits. Pay: salary ranges per location. We should not include "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." That's application instruction? It's about posting duration; maybe considered boilerplate? It's not about job content; but it's not explicitly listed as boilerplate to remove, but it's about application process. The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is about application period; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove. Also remove "No agencies please." That's application instruction. Also remove EEO etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    We used
for line breaks; that's okay within

    . Could also use

but it's not a list of duties; it's location-based pay. Using

with line breaks is fine. Now About the role content: need to combine mission and role description without repeating job title. Let's craft a concise paragraph that includes all substantive info from intro paragraphs. Intro: "At Capital One, we’re building a leading information-based technology company. Still founder-led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Fairbank, Capital One is on a mission to help our customers succeed by bringing ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to banking. We measure our efforts by the success our customers enjoy and the advocacy they exhibit. We are succeeding because they are succeeding. Then role description: "As a Director Project Management at Capital One, you will create strategy and lead a team through high priority projects for the company. You will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You lead important and exciting projects from day one, working alongside key stakeholders across the company. We are currently seeking a Director, Project Management to join our Enterprise Platforms & Software Design (EPS.xd) Operations team. While you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations for EPS.xd, this role partners directly with the VP of eData Design, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner who will partner closely with executive leaders to drive and operationalize strategies. If you’re an innovator and storyteller who embraces an environment where you can experiment, learn, and change banking for good, we would love to hear from you." We can combine into one or two paragraphs. Use

for prose. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Capital One is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We removed those. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any repeated job title as heading: we didn't use

for Director, Project Management. Good. Check for any list of duties/requirements/benefits: we used
      • for responsibilities, qualifications, benefits? Benefits we used

        . Could also use

but it's okay. Now ensure we
