About the role

The Director, Project Engineering and Supply plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of project engineering and supply operations within the Western Hemisphere region. This includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to maintain strong partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project engineering and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
