Director, Project Delivery - Real Estate (REMOTE)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Direct all phases of project management including planning and execution
  • Develop new project engagements from concept to completion using the Variable Project Management model
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies throughout project delivery
  • Oversee procurement and administration of contracts, ensuring timely execution and adherence to governance
  • Manage reporting for business unit clients and project delivery organizations
  • Oversee third-party vendor management and outsourcing relations
  • Lead and mentor department staff to develop a high-performance team

Qualifications

  • 14+ years in construction/real estate development or related field with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience
  • 14+ years managing large-scale facilities or real estate projects
  • 10+ years understanding project financials and developing solutions for complex business data
  • 10+ years identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office suite including MS Project and Excel
  • Experience in recruiting and managing team members or consultants as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, identify risks, and improve processes

Pay

$186,200 – $353,800 annually
