Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones
- Track and report status, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Ensure adherence to contract scope SLAs and delivery commitments
- Cookordination with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Infra, Business Monitor)
- Facilitate client communication reviews and status meetings
- Escalate risks and issues proactively to senior management when required
Required Skills
- Experience: 12-15 years in Project Management Delivery roles
- Experience: Managing small to midsize projects or modules
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of Agile Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience: Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel
- Stakeholder Interaction: Internal delivery teams and managers, Client project stakeholders, operational level support functions, PMO, Finance, Quality, HR
Decision Financial Responsibilities
- Manage project-level delivery decisions within approved scope
- Support effort tracking and basic cost monitoring
- No direct PL ownership input provided to senior project program leadership
