Director - Program & Project Management
Role Description
Oversee projects from initiation and planning to execution, testing, and final rollout. Impediment Removal: Act as a servant-leader to eliminate obstacles slowing down product teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
Resource Financial Management
Allocate resources, track project burndown, and manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Stakeholder Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing delivery health reports, managing expectations, and driving Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Risk Management
Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary. Champion Agile/Scrum or ITIL/ITSM best practices, continuously refining the delivery process.
Quality Assurance
Enforce quality controls ensuring outputs align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business outcomes.
Other Details
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
