  • Maintain decision logs, risk registers, and version-controlled program records, ensuring visibility of key metrics and outcomes across the GPT
  • Aid in drafting and co-creating Executive Committee (EC) materials and facilitating key program governance meetings
  • Partner with the PM team and global organization to design new processes and supporting business structures, recommending solutions that drive process standardization and simplification
  • Challenge the organization to be innovative, make it safe to try new approaches, and take prudent risks; coach teams to learn from setbacks and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading drug programs from early development through commercialization, including regulatory submissions (NDA, BLA, MAA, IND) and product launches
  • Experience working within or alongside Global Program Teams (GPTs) or equivalent cross-functional program structures in a Program-First or matrix operating model
  • Background in rare disease, respiratory, or specialty therapeutics preferred, consistent with Insmed's pipeline focus
  • Experience with commercial launch preparation and cross-functional readiness planning is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in program management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Veeva, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a results-oriented work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or business discipline
  • 12+ years of progressive Program/Project Management experience in a biotech or biopharmaceutical environment

Skills
