Director, Program Management
About the role
You will be responsible for managing a team of program managers or a major account. You will help achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.
As a Director, Program Management, you will:
- Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
- Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
- Support the development of client and department budget
- Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion
- Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly

Requirements
Prior management work experience in the business travel industry
Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment
Qualifications
Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills
Computer literate in business software applications
Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
