Director, Program Management

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of Program Management to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. This role offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that impact the organization within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for oncology drug development and lifecycle management
• Partner with Team Lead to develop global product development strategies
• Establish clear team management and communication processes
• Drive team decision-making and ensure achievement of goals
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize team performance
• Plan, track, and manage project milestones and dependencies
• Facilitate cross-functional team planning and align project scopes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7+ years with a Master's Degree or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
• PMP certification is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making and project execution
• Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and global collaboration

Pay

$178,700 – $238,700 annually
