Director Program Management

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage IA Transformation MOS to support Growth and Transformation initiatives
• As PM for Strategic Growth initiatives across IA
• On-boarding/training PMs, IA Functional Excellence alignment, NDA processes, metrics/reporting and related activities
• Lead and Champion IA Accelerator program while interfacing with Corporate and IA Executive Leadership
• Deployment and alignment of the Accelerator Business Models, Global Design Models and Lean Six Sigma across IA
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive IA cross-functional process improvement initiatives as requested by leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven experience with creating and managing a strong cross functional MOS
