Description

If you are a Program Manager with strong cross-functional leadership skills and a track record of executing programs and delivering results, then Copeland - Americas has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will be responsible for managing the entire portfolio of product programs for the $0.7B Cold Chain - Compression line of business by establishing strategic priorities, allocating resources and capital, and leading a team of Program Managers that oversee the execution of new product development programs. As The Director Of Program Management, You Will Be accountable for the execution of new product launches and other major product programs, ensuring that all programs meet market requirements, schedule, and financial targets.

Required Education, Experiences & Skills

  • A proven track record of demonstrated results in a B2B environment, including experience in new product development, project management, cross-functional leadership, engineering and product marketing.
  • Experience leading and influencing teams in a globally matrixed organizational structure.
  • Direct staff leadership of a team, including establishing development plans, managing and tracking objectives and deliverables, and coaching for performance.
  • Strong executive communication / presentation skills and ability to influence a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to merge understanding of technical concepts with financial/business acumen.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders, resolve conflict, and make sound decisions.
  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent business experience.

Preferred Education, Experiences & Skills

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Marketing or technical undergraduate degree preferred.
  • HVAC/R industry experience preferred.
  • Technical work experience a plus.
