Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product and Pricing Operations professionals, fostering a culture of precision and continuous improvement.

  • Align the Product Ops roadmap with corporate goals, ensuring the team is focused on high-impact initiatives.

  • Act as a key advisor to executive stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, and Product to gain consensus on complex business requirements.

  • Own the "Operational Readiness" checklist for all Product Line launches, ensuring quoting, invoicing, and provisioning systems are 100% prepared for Day 1.

  • Partner with Product and Business leadership to analyze resource capacity versus roadmap demands, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing delivery velocity.

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and testing of new product configurations, ensuring compliance with global financial controls.

  • Own the post-release training and documentation framework, ensuring Product Operations and support teams are fully equipped to handle new product structures post-launch.

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex pricing models, discounting frameworks, and product bundling strategies within Salesforce systems.

  • Drive the evolution of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and billing ecosystems to support increasingly complex business models.

  • Establish standards for price book management to ensure data integrity across various regions and currencies.

  • Identify and lead large-scale process improvements to reduce friction in the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle.

  • Manage project-level risks, tracking system requirements and technical dependencies to prevent launch delays.

  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven workflows to automate routine SKU management and enhance the precision of global pricing models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, with at least 3+ years in a people-management capacity.

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification is highly preferred).

  • Proven track record in Release Management and Capacity Planning within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.

  • Advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, or SQL) with the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.

  • Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma) to handle multi-quarter, cross-departmental initiatives.
