General Responsibilities

Oversees development and implementation of marketing plans and assists with product promotion to deliver business results.

Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.

Directs the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.

Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.

Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

Develops new product definition strategies and business plans with joint departments.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Works in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $177,120.00 - $243,540.00
