Director, Product Management, Tax Reporting

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $201,000 annually

About the role

This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for Tax Reporting solutions in alignment with global regulations
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-performance, scalable tax management platforms integrating with major ERP systems
• Validate and execute long-term product strategies, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including Fortune 500 clients
• Transform technical innovations into accessible solutions for enterprise tax professionals
• Own and optimize the business performance metrics of the Tax Reporting portfolio to drive commercial growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software Product Management, especially in financial, tax, or compliance management solutions
• Deep expertise in enterprise tax management software and global tax compliance requirements
• Strong P&L ownership mindset with a focus on strategic product investment decisions
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI/GenAI tools applied to tax workflows, leading product delivery of AI-enabled capabilities
• Extensive experience in SaaS/cloud-based product leadership with a focus on financial data analytics
