At Capital One, the Bank Product vision is "to be the best product organization in finance—the one that raises the standard for the entire industry." As a Product Leader, you will:

The Servicing and Platforms team drives this transformation by modernizing how we work, learn, and deliver value. We are moving the bank toward a destination-backed model where empowered, cross-functional teams use rapid experimentation and data-driven discovery to turn strategy into measurable customer impact. We deliver on this mission through four core focus areas:
- Strategic Upskilling: Equipping our PMs with the world-class frameworks needed to drive strategy, make data-backed decisions, and solve the complex customer problems required to meet the Bank's ambitious goals.

- Accelerated Experimentation: Developing new strategic initiatives that allow for faster learning and market validation by bypassing traditional delivery bottlenecks.
- XFN Operating Models: Refining our working models to ensure our cross-functional teams are unified and oriented toward the same goals and outcomes.
