Director, Product Management, Servicer Integration
About The Team
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business. You will serve as a key leader, partnering with cross-functional domain owners, vendor counterparts, and engineering teams to transform servicing integration requirements into reality, while mentoring a team of associates to achieve operational excellence and a successful conversion.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent product management, specifically within large-scale system migrations, vendor integration, and complex servicing operations initiatives.
- Drives all phases of the integration lifecycle, including feasibility, business rule definition, servicer integration requirements, back-office process design, and rigorous operational validation/cutover.
- Effectively applies project management methodology to servicer integration workstreams, ensuring comprehensive project documentation, operational control design, and audit-readiness.
- Partners cross-functionally with Product, Process, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to ensure successful, compliant integration.
- Influences technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as third-party vendor leadership, to work toward common integration goals, regardless of resource and time constraints.
- Creates transparency across the organization regarding integration status, operational risks, vendor performance, and decision-making.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
- Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
