Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for marketing promotions and player experience across customer-facing products
  • Define and drive end-to-end player journeys ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Partner with design, UX, analytics, and engineering to create scalable product capabilities
  • Lead product management for player marketing, promotional mechanics, and engagement tools
  • Drive innovation in promotional offerings to increase player engagement and spend
  • Create and communicate a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven ownership of product P&L and financial performance
  • Extensive experience in gaming player marketing and promotions
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing player experiences across multiple platforms
  • Prior gaming industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong executive leadership and cross-functional influence
  • Deep expertise in product strategy and lifecycle management
