Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Growth and Payments Product Managers
  • Develop and implement the PLG Expansion Strategy to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Create seamless transitions from self-service to enterprise sales for high-value accounts
  • Own the subscriber retention lifecycle and develop strategies to boost retention rates
  • Direct the roadmap for a scalable global payments platform with innovative billing solutions
  • Monitor cart conversion and renewal performance to improve revenue outcomes
  • Oversee analytics frameworks to guide executive decisions on monetization strategies

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) with focus on SaaS funnel optimization
  • Strong background in Billing, Payments, and Monetization platforms
  • Proven analytical ability with experience in driving revenue metrics (GRR, NRR)
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional collaborations and influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to executives
