Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Growth and Payments Product Managers
- Develop and implement the PLG Expansion Strategy to maximize customer lifetime value
- Create seamless transitions from self-service to enterprise sales for high-value accounts
- Own the subscriber retention lifecycle and develop strategies to boost retention rates
- Direct the roadmap for a scalable global payments platform with innovative billing solutions
- Monitor cart conversion and renewal performance to improve revenue outcomes
- Oversee analytics frameworks to guide executive decisions on monetization strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) with focus on SaaS funnel optimization
- Strong background in Billing, Payments, and Monetization platforms
- Proven analytical ability with experience in driving revenue metrics (GRR, NRR)
- Skilled in managing cross-functional collaborations and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to executives
