What You Will Need To Know/have
- Own the product retention and growth strategy for our Assessments domain, from opportunity identification, to iterative delivery, go-to-market execution, to value adoption
- Develop product strategy for new capabilities, new customer segments, and entry into adjacent markets
- Lead a team of Product Managers that operates AI-first, coaching PMs to compress time-to-validation, sharpen decisions, and drive delivery velocity
- Partner directly with customers around the world – institutions of every size, K-12 and higher ed, alike, to represent their voice in every decision
- Shape product direction and investment priorities through competitive analysis and market intelligence, holding accountability for growth, retention, and adoption metrics
- Contribute to annual planning, aligning domain growth investments with organizational priorities and resource constraints; maintain regular progress and achievement reporting against plan
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, and the broader R&D organization to align on priorities, successful GTM strategies, and ensure product investments are tied to business goals and results
- Communicate growth strategy to executive stakeholders, building conviction for investment and alignment across teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of running a product line at meaningful scale – ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or comparable enterprise B2B environments
- Experience leading and developing PM teams, not just managing them
- East coast US preferred
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time
- Proven ownership of retention, ARR, and growth outcomes
- A point of view on AI in education technology
- An innovative spirit and the willingness to challenge what's already there
