About Your Role

You will drive market requirements and product direction for Wells Fargo with a primary focus on the Clover platform and ecosystem. You will work across Wells Fargo strategy, operations, sales, and account management teams, as well as internal Fiserv operations, commercialization, and technical teams, to define priorities and deliver product capabilities. Your work will help align product strategy to merchant needs, support revenue growth, and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, market requirements, and roadmap priorities for Clover products and related ecosystem capabilities supporting Wells Fargo.
  • Lead products through the full lifecycle from concept, business case development, and prioritization through launch, optimization, and end-of-life planning.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercialization, sales, and account management teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and development priorities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Clover software, hardware, and value-added services when consulting with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze product performance, client feedback, merchant needs, and market trends to identify enhancements, resolve issues, and support revenue and adoption goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, Wells Fargo stakeholders, and technical resources to drive product enhancements, feature delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and develop team members, provide direction across dotted-line contributors, and support execution through coaching, prioritization, and performance management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management across product strategy, roadmap development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • 5+ years of experience working with merchant payments, point-of-sale solutions, or financial technology products in a client-facing or partner-facing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and client relationship teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Experience presenting product strategy, requirements, and performance insights to clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Clover platform, including software, hardware, and value-added services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large financial institution partners or strategic enterprise clients.
  • Experience with third-party integrators and partner ecosystem management.
  • Experience developing business cases tied to revenue growth, market adoption, and customer value.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring, commerce enablement, or small business solutions.

Schedule

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role.

Pay

Salary Range: $103,000.00-$144,000.00 (These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.)

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas will not be considered.
