About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the communications architecture across the Product team
- Shape the leadership cadence and focus on high-leverage problems
- Reimagine town halls, all-hands, and QBRs for engagement and alignment
- Facilitate quarterly ceremonies that surface dependencies and trade-offs
- Manage and develop a junior team member for deck and communication support
- Draft internal communications that maintain a consistent narrative
- Lead cross-cutting initiatives that span functional lines
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in high-growth environments, with 5+ years in managerial roles (Strategy, Operations, Chief of Staff, etc.)
- Experience designing organizational operating rhythms for alignment
- Exceptional skills in creating compelling decks and narratives
- Proficient in navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability in managing and developing team members
- Background in K-12 education or familiarity with the American education system preferred
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred
