Director, Procurement Governance & Systems – Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee Upstream S2S functions for supplier compliance and contract management
• Manage supplier credentialing and monitor compliance with regulatory deadlines
• Enhance bid management processes to ensure documentation aligns with sourcing policy
• Administer Downstream S2S functions ensuring procurement operations are consistent and efficient
• Partner with Finance to resolve invoice exceptions and maintain accurate audit trails
• Maintain payment processing accuracy in collaboration with Treasury/Finance
• Oversee procurement governance policies and ensure documentation is up-to-date

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in procurement or governance management
• Experience with large-scale ERP/procurement systems
• Knowledge of supplier compliance and third-party risk management
• Familiarity with bidding processes and contract management
• Experience across multiple geographies with local regulatory knowledge
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

$100,000 – $140,000 annually
