About the role

Invesco is a leading independent global investment firm dedicated to providing clients with a wide range of investment strategies and vehicles. This role is within the Private Markets Technology team, which supports Invesco’s Private Markets business through modern platforms, cloud adoption, and data platforms like Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platforms
  • Manage and develop subordinate leaders and teams delivering critical front-to-back investment technology solutions
  • Owning core private credit platforms, including Allvue Everest, supporting portfolio management, credit analysis, and trade workflows across the investment lifecycle
  • Drive the architecture and integration of real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or equivalent systems) supporting complex real estate investment operations and reporting
  • Define and execute a modern data strategy leveraging Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms to unify investment, portfolio, and operational data across private markets
  • Enable advanced analytics, reporting, and AI use cases by building scalable, governed data pipelines and architectures
  • Translate business strategy into scalable technology and data roadmaps aligned to private markets growth
  • Deliver complex initiatives across cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions to improve investment insights and operational efficiency
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements across private credit and real estate operations
  • Lead vendor strategy and optimization across third-party platforms, including credit and real estate systems

Requirements

Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services, with strong exposure to private markets (private credit, real estate, or alternatives)

Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest or similar systems supporting front-to-back credit workflows

Strong knowledge of global real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or equivalent PropTech ecosystems)

Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, for large-scale investment or financial data environments

Experience building and governing enterprise data models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions supporting investment decision-making

Proven ability to lead managers and senior engineers in a complex, global organization

Strong cloud engineering and architecture experience, including modernization of legacy platforms

Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve investment processes and operational efficiency

Strong commercial acumen, including vendor management, budgeting, and operational performance accountability

Ability to influence senior executives and operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles within financial services

Experience with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest or similar systems

Experience with global real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or equivalent PropTech ecosystems)

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake

Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and analytics solutions

Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in investment processes

Pay

The salary range for this position in New York City is $240,000 - $260,000 year.
