Director Portfolio Execution

The Director Portfolio Execution role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Makes sure projects meet their deliverables.
  • Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic views of enterprise dependencies, program solution delivery.
  • Manages budgets and forecasts.
  • Minimum Requirements

    • BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
    • MBA preferred.
    • Portfolio/Program Management experience (intake, prioritization, roadmap, dependency, and tracking) strongly preferred.
    • Experience with governance and operating model design strongly preferred.
    • Controls, Risk & Compliance mindset (audit-ready processes, evidence capture, control testing support) strongly preferred.
    • Strong documentation discipline strongly preferred.
    • Digital and AI delivery fluency strongly preferred.
    • Executive communication and proven stakeholder management strongly preferred.

    • Evaluation of compensation structures.
    • Strategic planning and implementation.
    • Project management methodologies.
    • Financial analysis and reporting.

    About the Role

    This role facilitates the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios and ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model.
