For our client, we are seeking a Director, Policy Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the governance framework for corporate policies, ensuring they are clear, practical, and aligned with business needs. The role will partner closely with legal, compliance, and business leaders to strengthen policy awareness, reduce risk, and support effective organizational decision-making. This is a highly cross-functional opportunity focused on building structure, driving adoption, and maintaining a policy environment that supports productivity and accountability. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $211,600 – $290,950 annually Responsibilities Create and oversee a centralized policy structure and searchable repository for corporate policies Lead policy governance efforts to ensure policies are practical and promote productivity Develop processes to update or retire policies based on business and legal changes Design communication strategies to ensure employee understanding of applicable policies Identify policy gaps that could pose risks and proactively address them Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in corporate governance, legal, and compliance with policy management experience Proven experience leading cross-functional policy initiatives and interpreting complex regulations Ability to influence senior leaders on governance and risk while aligning business goals Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy awareness and adoption in organizations Experience with policy management, governance, compliance, or HR systems Benefits Offers various well-being programs for physical and financial health Regular benchmarking for competitive pay and benefits packages Health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependents Disability benefits and life insurance to support employees Paid absences and retirement benefits for long-term security Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
