  • Regulatory Affairs & Translation: Serve as an internal subject matter expert on federal and state regulatory environments related to SDoH, healthcare quality, payment, and reporting requirements. Lead efforts to identify and synthesize regulatory changes affecting screening for and delivery of SDoH-related services. Translate complex policy and regulatory developments into clear guidance for internal teams and external partners, including how Unite Us products can support compliance, implementation, and operational success. Establish and maintain processes to track, analyze, and communicate regulatory trends across states and regions.

  • Cross-Functional & External Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align policy and regulatory insights with product strategy, go-to-market efforts, and customer needs. Engage with existing and prospective customers and partners to identify policy-driven opportunities and inform Unite Us’s strategic direction. Lead or contribute to internal projects and initiatives that extend beyond assigned regions or policy areas.

  • Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Establish Unite Us as a thought leader in the health and social care ecosystem by presenting on policy and regulatory topics related to SDoH and system transformation. Contribute to content development (e.g., blogs, reports, presentations) that elevates Unite Us’s voice in national and state policy conversations.
