- Proven track record of building and delivering platform products, including owning a roadmap serving both internal and external customers.
- Working knowledge of one or more core platform domains: agentic/AI platform capabilities (agent orchestration, tool/API invocation, evaluation/guardrails), ontology-driven data products, document/knowledge management (unstructured content, search/retrieval, governance), or unified portal/shared UX layers.
- Experience defining a unified portal or shared experience layer (navigation, identity, entitlements, consistent user model across applications).
- Knowledge of platform pricing/packaging models (consumption-based, tiered, entitlement-based) and how platform investment translates to commercial value.
- Knowledge or experience in the Energy industry, particularly the Upstream sector.
- Ability to scale products into new/adjacent markets and geographies.
- Technical prowess: problem-solving, SQL, modern data architectures (cloud data warehouses, APIs, event streaming, microservices), and systems architecture familiarity.
