Director, People Operations

About the role

This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Operations strategy and execution
• Manage and optimize PEO relationships
• Drive compliance and risk management
• Own and evolve the HR tech stack
• Turn People data into actionable decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing People Ops team
• Shape HR policies and culture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience
• Proven leadership of a team or function
• Experience integrating automation and AI into HR processes
• Familiarity with managing PEO and Global EOR relationships
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms
• Ability to communicate complex topics in simple terms

Pay

$135,000 – $160,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
