Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Analytics
- Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g., financial, statistical, predictive models, data management, and reporting)
- Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks
- Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo, ask provocative questions, and develop recommendations
- Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play within
- Accountability
- Ability to prioritize many workstreams, identifying and acting on the most important business problems to solve while building organizational capacity across the team
- Drive actionable recommendations from synthesis of insights that push partners to differential results or new strategies
- Appropriately manage potential roadblocks proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues
- Ownership of people data reporting, integrity, and processing across platforms (e.g., WorkDay, Visier, Anaplan, etc.)
- Communication
- Prioritize communications to focus on most critical information with a bias towards action (verbal and written)
- Convey complex business problems through cohesive, impactful stories / presentations while maintaining analytical rigor
- Own and effectively manage internal and external communication including insights and progress towards results
- Leadership
- Create a sustainable, attractive experience for high-performing business analytics talent
- Develop and coach managers’ and analysts’ professional development including technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Foster a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback
- Partner with Operations and People Services to drive results and maintain credibility
- Development
- Aggressively pursue professional development opportunities seeking input and prioritizing appropriately
- Able to quickly take action on tactical feedback and develop over time
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
- Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated track record of presenting quantitative analysis to executive leadership
- 7+ years professional experience in analytics / quantitative field (e.g., finance, strategy, quant marketing)
- Strong track record of leadership performance, particularly coaching teams through ambiguous challenges
- MBA or Graduate Level degree
- Expertise in data management (e.g., SQL, WorkDay, etc.) and statistical / machine learning programing (R, Python, etc.)
- Management consulting experience

Salary Range
The Salary Range for the role is $141,000.00 - $204,000.00/year.
