Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit of current data infrastructure and reporting workflows
- Design and implement a self-service analytics ecosystem
- Establish unified metric definitions and data governance standards
- Identify automation and AI tools to enhance data workflows
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executives
- Build cross-functional partnerships with IT, Finance, and HR
- Lead and develop a geographically distributed analytics team
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in people analytics or related fields
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure and engineering
- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
- Knowledge of data governance principles and international privacy requirements
- Experience communicating complex data to senior leadership
- Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools in HR
