Responsibilities
- Create and manage performance dashboards

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare-related Patient Support programs
- 10+ years of leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong background in managed care and reimbursement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in compliance-regulated operations
