Responsibilities

  • Create and manage performance dashboards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in healthcare-related Patient Support programs
  • 10+ years of leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong background in managed care and reimbursement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in compliance-regulated operations
