About the role
The Director, PACE Program Center is responsible for overseeing the implementation and expansion of the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program within the organization. This includes managing a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and enhancing community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PACE Program Center
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, social workers, and therapists
- Educate and train staff on PACE program standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the PACE program
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of PACE program standards and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare programs
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
