About the role

The Director, PACE Program Center is responsible for overseeing the implementation and expansion of the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program within the organization. This includes managing a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and enhancing community partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PACE Program Center
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, social workers, and therapists
  • Educate and train staff on PACE program standards and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the PACE program

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Strong understanding of PACE program standards and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare programs
  • Knowledge of community resources and services
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
