About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services. In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall operations, performance, and management of the Outpatient Rehabilitation product line (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a champion of the product line and work collaboratively with other Neurosciences product line directors and physicians to develop seamless transitions between levels of care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Rehabilitation product line, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that meet patient needs and outcomes.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and community partners to enhance the reputation of the Outpatient Rehabilitation product line.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of the Outpatient Rehabilitation product line.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (providing direct supervision) is required.
- Maintain current licensure in clinical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional clinical work experience, preferably in an outpatient rehab treatment setting, is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $114,816 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Salary range: $114,816 - $172,224 per year.
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
