Director Outpatient Services
The Director of Outpatient Services at Newport Healthcare leads the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for acute adolescent clients. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Strategy: Plan, organize, and implement outpatient services to align with organizational goals.
Staff Development: Design and implement a comprehensive orientation and training program for staff, fostering an inspiring and motivating environment.
Community Engagement: Serve as an ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Policy Development: Create and implement policies that empower the team and enhance organizational culture.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and readiness for audits.
Strategic Growth: Explore new treatment divisions and revenue opportunities, contributing innovative ideas.
Outreach and Marketing: Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to promote programs and services within the community.
Treatment Facilitation: Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, leveraging expertise to enhance the therapeutic experience.
Workshop Development: Develop and manage engaging workshops and training seminars for staff.
Recruitment and Hiring: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to interview and evaluate candidates, ensuring the selection of top talent.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited or state-approved graduate school.
Doctorate degree preferred.
Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work in the state of application (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist).
Minimum of two years' experience providing service in an outpatient setting.
Proven ability to bring passion, vision, direction, and inspiration to others.
Experience in an organization, human service for-profit organization, or healthcare/hospital setting.
Prior experience in an organization where private funding is received is highly desirable.
Exemplary experience in planning, delivering, and administering social service, addiction, and family programs.

Salary Range
$105,000 - $130,607 per year based on education and experience.
