Director, Oracle SCM / Logistics - Field Service

About the role

Director in Procurement & Supply Chain Technology within the Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle projects focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT, operations, security, and data integrity.
• Lead business process mapping and manage daily activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design and lifecycle support.
• Serve as Solution Architect for Oracle Field Service, Maintenance, and Supply Chain workstreams.
• Collaborate with account partners to identify project opportunities and support new business development through proposals and presentations.
• Manage and develop Oracle project teams and new hires.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least eight years of experience in Oracle implementations or business process improvement in Field Service.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies, enterprise architecture, and experience with Oracle Fusion Field Service; Maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong client service orientation, leadership, project management, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
