Director, Oracle SCM / Logistics

About the role

The position involves leading Oracle Procurement & Supply Chain Technology projects, focusing on strategy, implementation, and ERP optimization related to IT, operations, security, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle projects, including process design, package implementation, and project reviews.
• Serve as Solution Architect for Oracle Field Service, Maintenance, and Supply Chain workstreams.
• Lead Oracle business process mapping and manage daily activities of ERP advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with account partners to identify project opportunities and support business development.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Oracle project team members and new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years’ recent experience in Oracle implementations or business process improvement in Field Service.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies, enterprise architecture, and operations.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Field Service and full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong client service orientation, leadership, project management, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
