Director Oracle

About the role

The position is a Leader – Sales and Solutions for Oracle ESU in North America. Oracle is expected to grow significantly in the region, and the role will focus on expanding Oracle’s product and service portfolio, accelerating AI adoption for businesses, and driving market‑making activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive market making, pipeline generation, and support partner and client connections.
• Understand TCS and its business lines to re‑imagine services with Oracle products and solutions.
• Act as a solution architect to shape solution fit for clients and decide bid strategies with TCS Business Groups and Industry Solution teams.
• Engage with TCS clients, industry and marketing leadership, and liaise with Oracle to shape cutting‑edge transformative solutions and take them to market.
• Drive acquisition of new logos and growth within the existing customer base, as measured by KRAs/KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with practice leadership to define new service avenues and generate incremental revenue.
• Stitch together functional and technical architectures for solutions with AI at the core.
• Develop proposal responses, define differentiated solutions, and lead complex estimations.
• Direct the practice toward innovation and differentiation.

Pay

Salary Range: $221,800 – $300,000 per year
