Director, Oracle

Role Overview Seeking a Director, Oracle to lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for finance and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Manage Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle, and project reviews.Lead project teams, supervise staff performance, and ensure engagement delivery aligns with client needs.Support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuit efforts.Support client security, data integrity, and compliance related to Oracle Cloud applications.Manage engagements within financial and cost policies, uphold professional standards, and act with integrity. Qualifications & Skills At least 8 years of Oracle ERP experience, including two full implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud Financials preferred.Experience as a Functional or Project Lead in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP system concepts and module functionality.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Ability to travel as needed. This role emphasizes leadership in cloud ERP projects, client relationship management, and team supervision, requiring a blend of technical expertise and professional maturity.
