Director, Operations

About the Role

Provides HTM capital planning support through asset data analytics, equipment lifecycle assessment, technology forecasting, replacement planning, project management, client consulting, and manufacturer engagement to optimize healthcare investments. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, client service, and performance excellence. The individual contributor will perform specialized technical tasks, work primarily independently, and collaborate with a team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HTM capital planning support using asset data analytics and equipment lifecycle assessment.
• Conduct technology forecasting and replacement planning for healthcare investments.
• Manage projects and provide client consulting to ensure seamless service delivery and operational compliance.
• Engage with manufacturers to optimize equipment solutions.
• Oversee key functions supporting high‑impact client accounts and align services with broader business goals.
• Support strategic initiatives through hands‑on leadership in project execution, compliance, and service innovation.
• Influence business decisions with data‑driven insights, feasibility studies, and quality‑improvement planning.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team, providing training and development to elevate performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to tailor solutions that meet unique operational goals.

• Expertise in medical equipment management, healthcare regulations, strategic planning, data analytics, process improvement, executive‑level communication, customer service, and leading technical teams and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 + years of management experience.
• 7 + years of related experience in HTM or healthcare equipment management.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $134,640 – $174,240 per year.
• Eligible to participate in Sodexo’s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
