Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plant managers and supervisors.
  • Ensure safety standards are met and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of plant processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in plant management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
