Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for daily operations of multiple programs and program sites.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, contracts, organizational policies, and reporting standards.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate program staff to ensure effective service delivery and professional development of the Save Our Sons + Sisters Program.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve program efficiency, performance, and participant outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and maintenance of participant files for audit readiness and compliance.
- Support grant development activities and assist with program expansion initiatives as needed.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to maintain high-quality program delivery.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- A college coursework in business or related fields is desirable; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in workforce development, nonprofit programming, education, or community services.
- Experience managing grant-funded programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database systems, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between program locations as needed.
