Responsibilities
- Develop volunteer recruitment and retention strategies
- Create volunteer recognition and incentive programs
- Design volunteer onboarding and orientation processes
- Develop leadership development pathways
- Create volunteer engagement surveys and feedback systems
- Support volunteer training and professional development initiatives
- Aid in volunteer policies and handbook development
- Track retention metrics and organizational engagement
- Collaborate with department leaders to improve volunteer experiences
Qualifications
- Experience in volunteer management, human resources, nonprofit leadership, employee engagement, training, organizational development, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for community impact and team development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
