What You'll Do

  • Lead the U.S. Channel Management organization across Consumer and Professional divisions.
  • Translate global product roadmaps and brand strategies into unified U.S. commercial strategies tailored to each division and channel to drive growth and profit, and avoid dilution and channel conflict.
  • Ensure clarity of category ownership and portfolio boundaries between Consumer and Professional.
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive team by setting clear expectations, hiring and developing top talent, coaching managers, and driving accountability and cross-functional execution.
  • Serve as primary interface between U.S. Channel Management and Global Product and Brand Marketing and US Commercial execution.
  • Oversee own SKU localization, assortment prioritization, and 80/20 optimization across divisions.
  • Maintain oversight of U.S. pricing ladders, margin architecture, MAP adherence and promotional guardrails by analyzing performance, flagging risks, and recommending changes to achieve intended results.
  • Own U.S. launch readiness standards - No product goes live without content tools, training, and retailer playbooks.
  • Align divisional launch calendars and cross-channel go-to-market plans to avoid internal competition.
  • Consolidate U.S. sell-in, sell-through POS, shopper insights, and competitive intelligence for team and executive reporting.
  • Oversee central enablement functions (training, analytics, retail media, demand planning) as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Global teams to ensure aligned priorities, clear ownership, and seamless execution.
  • Strong relationship builder and communicator to team, peers, and executives.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated strength in pricing, margin management, promotional guardrails and MAP governance.
  • Strong analytical skills using POS/sell-through, syndicated data, and shopper insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience building and leading teams including hiring, coaching, developing, and driving accountability.
