The Director of Treasury at iFIT will oversee the Company’s global treasury functions, including liquidity forecasting, risk management, credit/collections, accounts payable and invoicing groups. This role requires deep experience with private equity-backed companies and managing relationships with financial institutions.
Commitments
- Ensure the company always maintains a strong, predictable cash and liquidity position
- Drive accurate and timely reporting on liquidity and cash flow forecasts, for internal and external audiences
- Develop and mentor a seasoned team of treasury professionals, establishing objectives and development plans aligned with global company strategy
- Support day-to-day treasury operations and ensure consistent liquidity position
- Manage all relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions supporting the Company’s cash management operations
- Manage credit card processor relationships and PCI compliance
- Create reports for the executive team and Board of Directors on the Company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics
- Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures
- Develop and maintain customer credit policy, analysis, and decisions
- Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures
- Oversee risk management, foreign currency exposure, interest rate exposures, and intercompany loans with international affiliates
- Provide leadership and training to further develop managers and analysts within the treasury department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of the Company’s 13-week and annual cash flow forecast with detailed analysis for weekly variances, by country and business channel
- Support day-to-day treasury operations and ensure consistent liquidity position
- Aid in weekly/monthly borrowing base construction and supporting files
- Develop comprehensive dashboards for reporting treasury-led functions
- Manage all relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions supporting the Company’s cash management operations
- Manage credit card processor relationships and PCI compliance
- Create reports for the executive team and Board of Directors on the Company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics
