The Director of Transaction Support is needed for an established Real Estate team. We are seeking a Wisconsin-licensed broker with strong experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess a true service heart.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful property sales and rentals
- Provide expert advice on market trends and strategies
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
Requirements
- Wisconsin-licensed broker
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate transactions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in managing a team of brokers or agents
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
