Director of Transaction Support

The Director of Transaction Support is needed for an established Real Estate team. We are seeking a Wisconsin-licensed broker with strong experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess a true service heart.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful property sales and rentals
• Provide expert advice on market trends and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations

Requirements

• Wisconsin-licensed broker
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate transactions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in managing a team of brokers or agents
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Skills

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
