About the role

The Director of Therapy (DOT) oversees rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology, fostering a collaborative environment with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide leadership in staff development and professional growth
• Ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Manage caseloads and discharge plans
• Engage in conflict resolution and mediation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and families

Requirements

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence
• Previous management experience preferred
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff
